Holds & Cancellations

1. Have you considered holding/freezing your membership instead?

If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a request via our contact page.

All members have the option to put their membership on hold. The hold period can be no less than one month and no more than two months. A membership hold is free, and your current credit will be added to your account for when you return. If you do not decide to return to CrossFit this credit cannot be refunded and will remain on your account. All payments are non-refundable.


2. Still need to cancel?

If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, you can submit a membership cancellation request via our contact form.
You will be required to fill out a short online form. This form submission will serve as your 30-day written cancellation request as required by your membership agreement.

Your membership will be canceled 30-days from the submission of the online cancellation form.
Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.
All payments are non-refundable but you will have the option to use the gym in your notice period.


If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), new membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable.
